Launched in October 2018, CONDAP is a European project co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme for the period 2018 – 2021, in which EBC is partner. Its primary objective is to enhance the digital skills of workplace mentors in construction apprenticeships, in order to enable them to contribute to the improvement of the quality of apprenticeships in the construction sector, thanks to digital competences and tools up to highest standards.
To this end, CONDAP will focus on 4 axes: an analysis of the needs regarding mentors’ digital skills in the construction sector; the elaboration of a train-the-trainers curriculum; the creation of free and easy-to-access online methods and tools for construction mentors; and finally the validation of these tools thanks to pilot tests and information events.
As part of the first phase of the project, preliminary work focuses on identifying the most needed digital skills for construction entrepreneurs and employees training apprentices on-the-job. To this end, we look forward to collecting your testimony!
We invite you to fill in the initial CONDAP survey to determine the most needed digital skills for construction entrepreneurs and employees who support and mentor apprentices on construction sites. The ideal participantsto the survey are thus training/skills/apprenticeship experts in your networks and any construction professional in charge of apprentices’ and workers on-site training.
The survey is available in English, French and Spanish and will take you no longer than 5 minutes:

Your input will help us to better understand which methods and technologies could be integrated in the CONDAP Vocational online open course (VOOC) on digital skills and tools for construction mentors and trainers, the ultimate outcome of this Erasmus+ project. The deadline for the survey is the 15th of March.
