On the 25th year since its foundation in 1990, the European Builders Confederation EBC, which represents micro, small and medium size construction firms at European level, launched today a new logo as well as a new website to be found at www.ebc-construction.eu.
Patrick Liébus, President of EBC, said “We wanted the 25th anniversary to mark a moment of change for EBC. The visual identity was modernised to better match the dynamism of our association and represent the changes undertaken since it was founded 25 years ago. Today we are both more structured and representative. EBC members cover all the construction trades and represent half of the small and medium construction enterprises in Europe. Considering some timid signs of recovery from this crisis, our companies want to look to the future to build a better and more sustainable living environment.”
Patrick Liébus concluded “The new logo is solid, like the structures that EBC members build and is rising to demonstrate that EBC can also rise to the challenges presented by society. It reflects the blue and yellow colours of the European Union, which provides opportunities for EBC members.”
The new website is clear, more user-friendly and up-to-date to showcase the latest information on EBC activities. It will now be easier to find the most interesting news and the latest EBC positions on European affairs related to construction SMEs.
